    Leading end-to-end architecture and execution for SaaS products (like SoraKos with PostgreSQL RLS multi-tenant backend architecture), while coordinating technical teams, project workflows, and client delivery.

    Spearheaded technical field operations across multiple sites, diagnosed and resolved infrastructure incidents to maintain high uptime, and managed technical resource allocation.
